Overview

Recharge is an AI burnout coach for professionals who can't switch off. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your mental health conversations are private — we will never sell your data or use it to serve you ads.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, role, and the stressors you select during onboarding. During check-ins, we collect your responses to understand your burnout patterns. We also collect standard usage data such as session timestamps and feature interactions to improve the product.

How we use your data

Your data is used to personalise your AI coaching experience, generate your burnout score and patterns, and improve Recharge over time. If you are part of a team plan, your individual check-in data contributes to anonymous, aggregated team analytics. Your manager cannot see your individual responses — ever. Only anonymised trends are visible to team managers.

Team plans and anonymity

If your employer uses Recharge for teams, your manager sees only anonymous aggregates — things like average team burnout score or how many members checked in this week. Your individual conversations, scores, and responses are never shared with your manager or employer. We are committed to making this guarantee technically and contractually enforceable.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing it. To exercise these rights, please reach out via our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that track you across sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Recharge after changes means you accept the updated policy.
